Welcome to Ehrhart Vintage. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to purchase from our store.
By using our site, you confirm that all information you provide (such as shipping and billing details) is accurate and complete.

2. Products

All items sold are vintage, pre-owned goods.
Each product is unique, one-of-a-kind, and sold as-is.
We make every effort to describe items accurately and disclose imperfections. Photographs and descriptions are considered part of the product listing.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system. By placing an order, you agree to provide valid payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only via USPS or UPS.
Orders generally ship within the same week of purchase, and no later than the following week.
Once an item has been transferred to the carrier, Ehrhart Vintage is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refunds are only issued in cases of:
- An incorrect item being shipped, or
- A major undisclosed defect not included in the product description or photos.
Any eligible refund claims must be made within 3 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product photos, designs, and text — is the property of Ehrhart Vintage.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ehrhart Vintage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
All items are sold as collectible vintage goods and should be used responsibly.

8. Privacy

We collect and use customer information solely for order processing and marketing (see our Privacy Policy for full details).
By purchasing from us, you consent to receiving order-related communication and occasional marketing emails.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from purchases or use of this site shall be resolved in California courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. All items are final sale and sold as-is. We take pride in being thorough with our descriptions and photos; any imperfections, wear, or unique details will always be mentioned so you know exactly what you’re getting. Vintage means each piece comes with its own history and character

Clothing items (unless bulky) ship FREE. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item. We use USPS Ground Advantage to keep it affordable and reliable.

We usually ship within the same week of your purchase, but no later than the following week. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.

Once your package is with USPS or UPS, delivery is ultimately handled by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help if any issues come up.
