Orders typically ship within the same week of purchase, and no later than the following week.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.
The carrier used may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are accepted for U.S. addresses only.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.
We aim to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring safe delivery.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package has been handed to USPS or UPS.

5. Risk of Loss & Damages

Once an order has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Ehrhart Vintage is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for shipping-related issues.
While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we will always try our best to help you track down your package or provide guidance on filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional shipping costs to be resent.

7. Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will usually be shipped together when possible.
Separate orders cannot always be combined after checkout.

8. Order Status

You can check your order status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

9. Agreement

Yes. All items are final sale and sold as-is. We take pride in being thorough with our descriptions and photos; any imperfections, wear, or unique details will always be mentioned so you know exactly what you’re getting. Vintage means each piece comes with its own history and character

Clothing items (unless bulky) ship FREE. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item. We use USPS Ground Advantage to keep it affordable and reliable.

We usually ship within the same week of your purchase, but no later than the following week. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.

Once your package is with USPS or UPS, delivery is ultimately handled by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help if any issues come up.
