At Ehrhart Vintage, we specialize in one-of-a-kind vintage items. Because of the unique and pre-owned nature of these goods, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Every item is sold as-is. All vintage items may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections consistent with their history.
2. Item Descriptions & Condition

We are thorough in our product listings. Each item includes detailed descriptions and photographs.

Any known flaws, wear, or imperfections are disclosed clearly in the listing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the description and photos carefully.
3. Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction.

Refunds are only possible in the rare case of:

The wrong item being shipped, or

An undisclosed major defect that was not described or photographed in the listing.

In these cases, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will review the claim. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our hands and is accepted by USPS or UPS, Ehrhart Vintage is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

We will, however, do our best to help you track your package or guide you through the carrier’s claims process.
5. Liability Disclaimer

All items are sold as collectible vintage goods.

Ehrhart Vintage is not liable for any injury, misuse, or damages arising from use of vintage items after purchase.
6. Agreement
By purchasing from Ehrhart Vintage, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full. This policy is legally binding and enforceable in the event of any disputes.
